For the Legacy and Leadership Conference (LLC) event, there is a no refund policy for all ticket purchases. This was stated and agreed upon by all registrants at time of purchase. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
However, good news! With this event, ticket transfers will be allowed. All ticket transfers MUST be initiated by the current registrant with the receiving party. Only the person assigned to the ticket (Registrant) may choose to transfer a ticket. See more details on the transfer process below:
Transfer Process
1. Registrant notifies event facilitator, Brand Visionz, via email (info@BrandVisionz.com) a request to transfer, no later than five (5) days before the event.
2. It is the responsibility of the Registrant to locate someone to transfer their registration too. Brand Visionz will do it’s best to notify others of the availability of transfer but will not be required nor makes any guarantee that the request of transfer will be accepted by any entity.
3. Once a transfer has been agreed upon, the original ticket registrant must provide Brand Visionz via email the following:
A. The name (first and last) and email of the receiving party.
4. Brand Visionz will then approve the Transfer and update the ticket registration with the new registrant information.
Please note: Absolutely no money will be handled, exchanged, or refunded by Brand Visionz in the execution of ticket transfers. Brand Visionz will not be held liable for any decisions or agreements decided amongst and or between registrants and potential registrants regarding transfers.
